In the Begining
Imperial 10 was started in 2017, by three business acquaintances and friends. It was a suggestion by one of them, understanding that we were all coming together as a group to discuss business opportunities, and investment options. Since strength is in numbers, we decided to pool our money together. This allowed us to increase our buying power, and invite others to join in.
Investment Club is a group of people who pool their money to make investments. Usually, investment clubs are organized as partnerships and after the members study different investments, the group decides to buy or sell based on a majority vote of the members.

All members will report any conflicts of interest. This also includes any investments that would sway their ability to vote ethically of investment opportunities and strategies.

Goals and Objectives
Obtain passive income for all members
Provide a venue to train, educate and inspire future investors
Invest in companies that have similar visions that fit the direction of the club
Strategically align all investments to obtain the objectives of the club
Develop strategies that minimize bad risks (threats) and maximize good risks (opportunities)
